Our provision offers structured sessions that use horses and the outdoors to help young people develop confidence, communication skills, emotional regulation, responsibility, and resilience. We work closely with schools to support pupils who may struggle in mainstream settings due to social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, anxiety, low attendance, or special educational needs.

Horses respond to body language and emotion, making them exceptional partners for promoting self-awareness, calmness, and positive behaviour. Many young people who struggle in classroom environments thrive in this unique setting.

The Changing Lives Through Horses program is designed to support children and young people aged 5-25 who are disengaged from education or at risk of exclusion. It provides a safe and nurturing environment where participants can learn and grow through their interactions with horses. The program aims to develop six key life skills: Communication, Confidence, Teamwork, Building Relationships, Perseverance, and Responsibility.
